A bright individual (Mike Castle) noticed that 2.2.93 was quite broken; it
created (and installed) libfontconfig.1.0.4 -- i.e. missing the important
'.so' part of the library name.
I've released 2.2.94 which solves that (by being prepared with a working
version of libtool).
