I read through the entirety of https://fio.readthedocs.io/en/latest/fio_doc.html and still feel completely clueless about many details. It kind of feels like you need a good grasp of how all this is implemented in the kernel to make sense of it. Does anyone have any tips for what to read in order to be able to master the fio documentation?
