ZBC support for fio

Hello,

A pull request that adds ZBC support to fio is available for review at
https://github.com/axboe/fio/pull/585. The code on this branch supports most
fio features except fio LBA zones (zonesize=/zonerange=/zoneskip=). Support
for fio LBA zones can be add later if this would be considered useful. If
anyone would like to review and/or comment on the implementation, feedback
is welcome.
