Yeah, we reverted the commit that we think was causing it earlier today. Should be able to confirm things are working again in the next hour or two.

If I disable the rbd ccahe:

$ tail /etc/ceph/ceph.conf
...

rbd cache = false

then the 2-4M reads work fine (no invalid reads in valgrind either).
