Thanks Bruce, however it is not working at all for me. I receive the
following whenever I attempt to run fio:

C:\>fio test.ini
fio: this platform does not support process shared mutexes, forcing use of threa
ds. Use the 'thread' option to get rid of this warning.

fio-2.0.8-18-g525f

fio: job startup hung? exiting.
fio: 1 job failed to start

The INI file:
[global]
size=10M

[read]
rw=read

Downgrading to the previous version I had been running (2.0.8 X86)
fixes the problem.
