terse output for IO latencies

In the HOWTO for fio, the terse output for IO latencies is described as:

"IO latencies: <=2, 4, 10, 20, 50, 100, 250, 500, 750, 1000, >=2000"

Output from certain test runs have been observed to have more than 11
values for IO latencies, For example:

0.01%, 0.00%, 0.01%, 0.01%, 0.06%, 0.73%, 35.42%, 7.19%, 3.03%, 0.52%,
2.79%, 13.67%, 32.84%, 2.86%, 0.84%, 0.02%, 0.01%, 0.00%, 0.00%, 0.00%,
0.00%, 0.00%

What are the proper labels for this output?
