that I might have caused with Xen scheduler and cpuidle.
I've misunderstood them completely.

I have following lines:
"(XEN) Platform timer is 3.579MHz ACPI PM Timer".
"(XEN) CPUIDLE: disabled due to no HPET. Force enable with 'cpuidle'."
I have no problem with these now, so let's go on.

Is it okay to grab the code bits from Linux kernel and create a patch?
I need equal semantics from the Kernel, to be able to verify that the patch works.
