Fedora 15 XEN 4.1 and kernel-2.6.38-1.xendom0.fc15.x86_64 - No HVM ??

This is a Fedora 15 laptop with KDE spin... Ive proven and tested -pvm Fedora 15 install via url, as working, though Im trying
to Install FreeBSD from ISO as there is no url install im using kernel-2.6.38-1.xendom0.fc15.x86_64.rpm for the domO and XEN 4.1
installed from yum install

and the following grub.conf
