Fedora has always been about latest and greatest, so it makes sense to 
update to latest upstream release (Xen 4.0.0), imho.

Btw just today there was discussion about Xen 3.4.3 and pvops dom0 support:

It looks like 3.4.3 doesn't have some required patches (and might not get them)..
So that's one argument to go for 4.0.0 aswell, which already has everything needed.
