Well.. I've been using/testing with xen-3.4.1-5 in Fedora 12.

Guest console keymap isn't correct before I edit the guest xen configuration
and specify keymap='fi'.

Do you know what QEMU version has the required VNC extension? 
Or could this be virt-viewer issue?
