It's not there, the only one I could find was located here:
http://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/packages/xen/3.4.1/1.fc12/x86_64/The filename is
xen-debuginfo-3.4.1-1.fc12.x86_64.rpm
It is for fc12 and not fc11.
Would this work or is it OK to leave it out?
