I'm running FC7 on an x86_64 with the 2.6.20-2925.13.fc7xen kernel and
using virt-manager to configure an F7 guest domain.
Immediately after starting the installation process I receive the
following error message:

Unable to complete install: 'virDomainCreateLinux() failed POST
operation failed: (xend.err 'Device 51712 (tap) could not be
connected.\n/home/falk/images/f6u1_img does not exist.')'

Details:
Unable to complete install '<class 'libvirt.libvirtError'>
virDomainCreateLinux() failed POST operation failed: (xend.err 'Device
51712 (tap) could not be connected.\n/home/falk/images/f6u1_img does
not exist.')

'
I receive the message independent of the file I choose. The systems
always considers it as non-existing.

Has anyone experienced and solved this problem?

Thanks,
Falk

SELinux? Does it work when you put your image in
/var/lib/xen/images/ ?

That was the problem.
Many thanks,
Falk
