The console is currently unavailable / vnc port = -1

I have a machine where this is happening right now. Is there anything I can do to debug it?

# uname -a

Latest libvirt/virt-manager from CVS/Mercurial.

All I did was begin an FC7 install.

Note the <graphics> section in the XML below.
