The problem was solved by :yum update xorg*
I think the xorg-x11-server-Xorg i386 rpm update solved the problem.
Looks like Fedora created the problem and solved it itself(through yum i mean) :)
teaching me a lot of things in between :)

Hi,
Just make an entry of the font with complete path in xorg.conf file,due to buges. Let me know further.
However,sometime it doesnt work with the default font entry in xorg.conf file so hash it and try with the new font entry.It will come.I didnt remember the exact path.
