Is xend running? Could you do 'strace xm list' and post the log as an attachment. Also, I'm wondering if there is an SELinux polcy fix we missed out. Could you tell me if you have selinux enabled, and in enforcing or permissive mode. If enforcing, see if there's anything interesting (AVC denials) in /var/log/messages, or /var/log/audit/audit.log > # ps -ef|grep xen > root 9 7 0 Oct26 ? 00:00:00 [xenwatch] > root 10 7 0 Oct26 ? 00:00:00 [xenbus] > root 2600 1 0 Oct26 ? 00:00:00 python /usr/sbin/xend start > root 2601 2600 0 Oct26 ? 00:00:00 python /usr/sbin/xend start An 'lsof -p 2601' would be handy to let us see what ports xend is listening for connections on.
