Hi, I can testing HP Notebooks nw8440 and nc8430 with VT
enabled CPU’s (T2500/T2600) and fc5 to have fullvirtualitation on a
notebook. With the latest smp kernel 2.6.17-1.2174 and
ati-driver-installer-8.27.10-x86.run (generate rpm’s) everything is
working. If I try to boot the latest xen kernel 2.6.17-1.2174 in
runlevel 5 with the same ati driver I get a black screen, no display, no
console. The same xen kernel can boot without problem in
runlevel 3 and then I have a console. Has anybody a solution for this problem ? Reagards Thomas |
