I'm wondering why you took such a tortuous route to install xen-3.0.2 on
FC5? FC5 comes with Xen already included, and

        # yum install xen

would have installed it for you. FC5 updates currently carries
xen-3.0.2 versions for both xen and kernel-xen*.

Xen-3.0.2 won't run the early, pre-3.0.0 version of Xen that FC4 used,
so to run FC4 on a FC5 host you will need some helping hands; as you
described, qemu is ideal for that.

Cheers,
 Stephen
