But don't understand about making the actual install location asked for
in xenguest-install.py
I am coming from a lot of years on gentoo, so my knowledge of fedora is
minimal.
Try here. It's not Fedora per se but it's the same thing. Basically, you need to copy all the contents of the ISOs, blow them up and stick them up on a http/nfs/ftp site.
