[Fedora-xen] Fwd: No networking in DomU - Ubuntu

Well where do I start...I have a domU (ubuntu) booting and appears well
 but I don't have an eth0 listed at all, dom) looks good.

I've tried everything, static, DHCP, etc...but it's like it doesn't even see etho, even if I try ifconfig etho up, gives me an error.  Any help appreciated.  thanks.
