This is likely to be the problem!

If you boot to single-user mode and manually "modprobe raid5" to load
the raid5 personality, can you see the array?

Adding init=1 to the xen/kernel line only allows it to go so far before it just reboots it self, not far enough for me to even hit I or do anything else.

If I comment out the raid5 /dev/md2 /home in /etc/fstab the xen kernel boots

lsmod | grep raid
raid1                  24769  2
# modprobe raid5
FATAL: Error inserting raid5 (/lib/modules/2.6.15-1.1955_FC5hypervisor/kernel/drivers/md/raid5.ko): Unknown symbol in module, or unknown parameter (see dmesg)

# dmesg | grep raid5
raid5: automatically using best checksumming function: pIII_sse
raid5: Unknown symbol xor_block
raid5: Unknown symbol xor_block
raid5: Unknown symbol xor_block

Should I report a bug on this?
