Following reported bug[1], I installed F15 RC3 from Live Media on my laptop. Wireless connection is still an issue on post-installation. However, wired connect issue seemed resolved meaning I will install FC5 RC3 on my desktop. I posted messages files for comparison and will submit wireshark file shortly. Something happened during the installation that cause wireless issue because Live Media version did not have that problem.
