i only wanted to point out that the tool is not showing all the delays, only some. still, the OP's delay may show up in systemd-analyze, if he's lucky enough to be reported there.

delay is if you misconfigured the system? I think that's a corner case
and if you want to suggest a enhancement somewhere, feel free to (via
bugzilla).
