more problem with libvirt and KVM

I managed to install the Beta DVD, but I cannot boot on the install now. All I
was getting was just a cursor. I am able to boot in rescue mode from the iso,
so I removed the "quiet" from grub, and now I get:

Probing EDD (edd=off to disable)...ok

I tried all the tricks (noapic noapic xdrver=vesa edid=off, mem=629145600,
etc...) but always get the same issue. When I boot in rescue mode, everything
looks good, all the files seem to be where they should be etc...

My host machine is a Thinkpad T60 running Ubuntu 10.10, the hypervisor is KVM,
via libvirt.

I noticed the same problem description with other versions of Fedora and RHEL
there:
