Yes, I've never seen the notification before. I think they may have
'fixed' the notification with a recent update, with the consequences
noted here :)

I'll note in the bug that probably everyone upgrading from F14 will see
this. Bug is https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=688302 .
