Test cases we can add.

In i18n installation test cases there are some post install procedures
that are toolkit specific. We can move them to a separate test case in
order to test pango/qt/icu rendering.
Testing GNOME translations might be tricky since they have their own
schedule and procedures. I'd rather articulate this test along with
upstream teams.
