Hi, I plan on doing a hands-on day-long session on bug triaging in a conference that is held annually in India -- FOSS.in: http://foss.in/ The conference is from 15th to 17th December this year. The plan I have for the conference is this: * Introduce the audience to the concept of bugzapping * Explain the process of triaging * Explain the procedure to sign up * Solicit contributors for the conference * Have them registered and their accounts set up * Sit down and triage In all this, there are a couple of questions that I need help on: * Is there a sponsor in India that can sponsor these new contributors when they join? I am not a sponsor. * How necessary is the 'Introduce yourself to the test list' step in the sign-up? Is it necessary that someone reply to an introduction email before someone starts triaging bugs?
