1) rsyslog
2) /etc/udev/rules.d/10-console

I upgraded from a fully updated fc14 x86_64 install from a dvd on RC3.1/ 6 Aug 2010

I do, but I do not know how to access it or where the information would be? I will try to find it and post back...
