I have all drivers and have it installed, however it will not print.  It
tries, but nothing happens and there is nothing in my qu that suggest it
ever printed anything. It is connecting or I would not be able to scan.
I don't get an error message so I have nothing to show the problem.

Same problem here, when i send a file to the printer, the printer try to print like half second and then stop, but the file appears like printed... in my case my printer is a HP P1005, using FOO2XQX driver, who uses ghostscript, but ghostscript have a problem with "Fontmap.local" using gs -dNOFONTMAP, gs continues... but that is not the idea...
