We've figured this one out now, thanks to Michael Schmidt. See
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=630952 . Running 'systemctl
enable prefdm.service' as root should fix it. (You'll also probably want
to do 'systemctl enable rc-local.service').
