Do you happen to mean that:

I just quoted the whole entry.  If somewhere else there is something
"real" then I would start by putting a reference to this into
release notes.

Or maybe you were thinking of this:

NetworkManager and PulseAudio as examples in the context are
positively scary.  Do I need to explain why?
