One way, as this is i386, would be

   yum install /usr/lib/libcamel-1.2.so.19

That would mean that there is some problem or otherwise libcamel
should be installed through dependencies.  Either you have already a
higher version of libcamel installed, or dependencies on a mirror
you are using are not satisfied, or there are packaging bugs.  If
your mirror is out of sync then just wait a while.  In any case

   yum provides "*/libcamel-1.2.so*"

should tell you to which package that belongs
('evolution-data-server', I believe).
