It was discovered that dbus-glib did not enforce the "access" flag on exported
GObject properties. If such a property were read/write internally but specified
as read-only externally, a malicious, local user could use this flaw to modify
that property of an application. Such a change could impact the application's
behavior (for example, if an IP address were changed the network may not come up
properly after reboot) and possibly lead to a denial of service. (CVE-2010-1172)
Due to the way dbus-glib translates an application's XML definitions of service
interfaces and properties into C code at application build time, applications
built against dbus-glib that use read-only properties needed to be rebuilt to
fully fix the flaw. This update provides NetworkManager, ModemManager and
DeviceKit-power packages that have been rebuilt against the updated dbus-glib
packages.

handle keys stored using encryption. When a helper process (for example, a
helper used for submitting a signing request to a CA) needed to be stopped, the
process's exit status would not be reaped, so the helper process would become a
zombie. This update also incorporates init script fixes and translation
updates.

It was discovered that dbus-glib did not enforce the "access" flag on exported
GObject properties. If such a property were read/write internally but specified
as read-only externally, a malicious, local user could use this flaw to modify
that property of an application. Such a change could impact the application's
behavior (for example, if an IP address were changed the network may not come up
properly after reboot) and possibly lead to a denial of service. (CVE-2010-1172)
Due to the way dbus-glib translates an application's XML definitions of service
interfaces and properties into C code at application build time, applications
built against dbus-glib that use read-only properties needed to be rebuilt to
fully fix the flaw. This update provides NetworkManager, ModemManager and
DeviceKit-power packages that have been rebuilt against the updated dbus-glib
packages.

unittest2 is a backport of the new features added to the unittest testing
framework in Python 2.7. It is tested to run on Python 2.4 - 2.6. To use
unittest2 instead of unittest simply replace ``import unittest`` with ``import
unittest2``. Classes in unittest2 derive from the equivalent classes in
unittest, so it should be possible to use the unittest2 test running infra-
structure without having to switch all your tests to using unittest2
immediately. Similarly you can use the new assert methods on
``unittest2.TestCase`` with the standard unittest test running infrastructure.
Not all of the new features in unittest2 will work with the standard unittest
test loaders and runners however.
