I am getting the same error when connecting my usb hard drive and thumb drives.  I am using F14 rc3.1,,,,,seems like I was working in the TC's but started with this error in RC2 or 3.  I have the 64bit version installed from live dvd.

PREFERRED=ck-launch-session /usr/bin/startlxde starts my LXDE
session, but I still get the same Not Authorized error

The Not Authorized error also occurs when booting into runlevel 5.
