The August 11 386 live image boots and runs on my office machine consisisting of a Core Duo E8500, 8 GB RAM, Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3P, Radeon HD5670. The graphic install to HD was successful, and the resultant disk image booted (albeit verry slowly) and came up in X. No 3d but 2d beats dead screen. This is the first time I've tried a Fedora 14 Live CD. I then downloaded the Aug 11 386 install DVD. It took two tries as the first download failed the checksum. The incompatibility with the HD5670 is unchanged, only now it takes a long time to get to that point. -- Chuck Forsberg WA7KGX N2469R caf@xxxxxxxx www.omen.com Developer of Industrial ZMODEM(Tm) for Embedded Applications Omen Technology Inc "The High Reliability Software" 10255 NW Old Cornelius Pass Portland OR 97231 503-614-0430 -- test mailing list test@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mailman/listinfo/test
