Otherwise, the bugs are reported to the fedora bugzilla, referred upstream, but not fixed. Either because upstream has a hard time reproducing it, or because it needs more info (which the reporter doesn't provide since they're not following up). "Getting upstream close to users" would sort of sum it up? As per the fp.o suggestion, I'd really like a "file a bug" link right out there on the main page, since filing bugs is as important (if not more) than developing/downloading fedora (or related packages). These are just things right out of my mind.
