Given the fact that my /boot is 200Mb in F12 how likely is it that I will be able to use preupgrade to upgrade my F12 to F13?
According to http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Common_F13_bugs#Preupgrade_doesn.27t_work_with_default-sized_.2Fboot_partition, you should download and install from physical media. Although, there is a link there for "more experienced users that still want to use preupgrade".
