The isopad script at http://ftp.cs.utoronto.ca/pub/hugh/isopad can be used to automatically truncate an ISO file to the correct (according to the header) size: isopad - file.iso so until the ISO creation tools are fixed, this could be run on the ISOs before checksumming and uploading them.
