For instance, you'd have put this feedback here: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/gnome-color-manager-2.30.0-1.fc13 as you can see, Bruno Wolff in fact saw the same error and reported it to this page, and Richard unpushed the update. The maintainers should always be aware of the feedback in Bodhi, but won't always see feedback on this list. You can log in to Bodhi before posting your feedback - there's a 'Login' link in the blue bar on the left. That gives it more weight than posting 'anonymously'.
