Don't know if this is related, but when first setting up the system
after a test install, evolution kept asking me for my password, even if
I rebooted, logged in and restarted it.  And it was set to remember my
password.  I disabled couple keyring/password programs that were
starting automatically (setup by install) and that seemed to fix it. 

Might not be part of the problem, but thought would throw it in there.
