If you want to run Fedora 13, that's now Branched, not Rawhide. You can download an .iso to disk and then use liveusb-creator to make a USB from that (hit the "Browse" button to select a file). Daily builds are not being produced for Rawhide during this part of the release cycle, so you would actually need to make a custom spin (using e.g. Revisor) to get an .iso.
