compliment to the install test SOP for setting up your own install test
events, or is this more a guide for new testers on how they can add
 results to the wiki?

 QA:Posting_Install_Test_Results] and the create_test_result_page
 [https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Install_Test_SOP#Create_test_result_page
Install_Test_SOP#Create_test_result_page] have a similar focus. Would it
make sense to integrate the content of the two pages into a single page?

Sure. I renamed the page as
 [https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:Create_Install_Test_Result_Page
 QA:Create_Install_Test_Result_Page] and make
 [https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Install_Test_SOP#Create_test_result_page
Install_Test_SOP#Create_test_result_page] more briefly with a link to that
 page.
