F10 - F12 Preupgrade twofish

It appears that the F10 preupgrade utility does not build the kernel 
modules for twofish-common and therefore preupgrade is unable to 
continue on LUKS encrypted filesystems using this cipher.  Is there a 
way to build these kernel modules manually and get them into /boot?
