As brazillian people has been saiyng for a long time, the bug
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=505100 should be a fedora 12 i18n blocker. It's a big usabitily problem for brazilian people not having the ' + c mapped to ç by default.
Sorry for reply the email, but it's really important for fedora 12 i18n and i can't stay at the metting.
