I reinstalled my test system today. Boot from live cd Selected Norwegian layout at login Got USA layout in the session (to be expected since the live CD is the same) Ran 'install to disk' Selected Norwegian keyboard during install rebooted to level 3 ran yum update rebooted default keyboard layout when selecting my user was still usa :-( Selected Norwegian layout and logged in Got Norwegian layout after login :-) At least one part of the bug is fixed. I didn't remember to log out and back in to see if it remembered my keyboard layout.
