Perhaps Fedora should have a Small Screen Test Day, to find usability
problems when everyone dials down their screen resolution.
X can do virtual desktops bigger than the real screen. Where the screen
size is detected (or assumed) to be small, then it should, by default,
configure a larger default screen.
