Hello, http://cedet.sourceforge.net/setup.shtml What i did: 1.Downloaded cedet-1.0pre6.tar.gz from http://cedet.sourceforge.net/ 2.Extracted it in /home/useraccount/ 3.cd /home/useraccount/cedet-1.0pre6 4.make EMACS=emacs 5.emacs -Q -l cedet-build.el -f cedet-build 6.Added these lines in ~/.emacs file.
