This is either a missing initrd.img or, more likely, a faulty initrd.img created by dracut. In my opinion Rob should fill a bug against dracut. I don't run into this problem, although I used at least the same two kernels which Rob sees this error. Some days ago I run into a similar problem [1] but this was caused by the missing initrd.img line in the menu.lst configuration file.
