I was trying to do: debuginfo-install `rpm -qa | grep -v debuginfo`
so I will be ready to give a good backtrace when something crashes.
However, I found that xz-debuginfo and lzma-debuginfo conflict, as
reported here:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=522255
This was marked NOTABUG, and I was told to remove lzma-debuginfo. But
this package is wanted by debuginfo-install for *something* I have
currently installed. It seems to me that debuginfo packages released
for the same platform simply shouldn't conflict with each other? If
this is a fixable problem, is it something that can be added to the Auto
QA system?
just to be sure run:
rpm -qa --nofiles --nodigest
make sure you don't have any lingering issues.
but I suspect you have lzma and xz installed separately?
