More specific, in this case: it's always _best_ to clone the report, as having separate reports for separate releases is the only reliable way we have to denote that the same issue affects multiple releases. Bugzilla just isn't built to handle multiple distribution releases, unfortunately. However, if the bug is quite 'unique' to you, and you'd be happy if it were just fixed on Fedora 12 and you don't care if it never gets fixed on Fedora 11, you _can_ just keep the original report and change the version to rawhide.
