I've been hitting this bug fairly often and have complained but didn't
find this bugzilla reference before.

Note that this is always rawhide, F12aRC2 doesn't trigger the bug, nor
does F11.
Other than this occurrence the install was ok.
needed radon.modeset=0 and xdriver=vesa to get install started on this
hardware.
